torque specs rear spring shackle F150

Where do I find specs for the rear leaf spring shackles. Bolts that attach to frame and the 2 larger bolts as well. I have read somewhere the bolt in the spring needs to be torqued AFTER the truck is on the ground.

My 2003 Ford Service Manual shows the spring U bolt nuts at 73-97 ft lbs, the shackle to frame bracket at the same, 73-97 ft lbs, and the spring to frame at 157-212 ft lbs.

Nothing is said about it having to be done with the vehicle on the ground.

Thanks! I think I'm good on this. The other side came off like a breeze, I was surprised actually. Tomorrow I'll bolt the other side on , pull the shocks and replace them, pick up my new gas tank and be seeing the end before long. It's so much easier to work on this with the bed pulled off.
