Front dually hub/rotor ass.

Front dually hub/rotor ***.
I have a 1996 dually 350. the front hub spacers are different and I would like to make them the same. one looks to be factory and the other looks to be a single wheel hub with a 4 inch aluminum spacer. If any buddy could post pictures of what the spacer should look like that would help. also i need to find replacements to fix this so i can put on new rotors.
there is a cast number on the factory looking spacer of "budd 105427 wf1"
Ive searched and searched and cant seem to find a place (even the stealership ) that can get me the right parts for a 1996 dually. any help or info would be great thanks.

Is this 2wd or 4wd?
In a 2wd, the brake rotor and hub are all one assembly. If the rotor wears out, you replace the whole hub so those are common.
In a 4wd, the hub has two flanges on it. The wheel bolts to the outside and the rotor bolts to the inside flange. It uses the same brake rotor as the SRW axle, just bolted to the inside instead. Since the rotor is a separate piece, the hub rarely has to be replaced. Hence, you're not going to find it as a common part. I'd try ebay or craigslist.

I really doubt you can find a 4x4 hub from a parts house. The 2wd hub is common because when the brake rotor wears out, the whole hub has to be replaced. With a 4x4 hub the brake rotor is replaceable, and the bearing races are also replaceable. Basically the only way to run the hub is to get into an accident or ignore a failed bearing. If you put new bearings in it and put a new brake rotor on it, the assembly is basically brand new.
Parts houses will stock what people are buying. The demand for the 4x4 DRW hub can easily be met from the salvage market, hence no body is going to carry it.

Yes, they will bolt right in..
Joe_13894: You can get the hub itself at Napa. If you are having a hard time getting the part number, I can go look through my files to find it.
As for the remainder of parts numbers, the D-50 and D-60 Dually and SWB hub inner parts are identical. Here are the parts numbers:

I'm likely 3 years too late to help you, but here's how I handled it:
I went personally to a few auto parts recyclers & just stormed thru to their backyards. I discovered a set of hubs (BUDD 105427) at the 2nd yard. That was after the manager hollered, "Don't waste my time, we don't have any!"
Truth is, so few customers need these hubs, most yard employees have no clue what you're looking for.*

If you did not already know the only trucks they came on from the factory was cab and chassis trucks this may help. When you ask at the junk yards ask for front hubs for a F350 4x4 DRW cab and chassis. This is my f350 4x4 that has the hubs you are looking for but I do not have the part #.
