What I normally see around here on trucks w/ body lifts is cut out the bottom of the shroud thats hitting, then figure out a way to mount the 2 flopping pieces, maybe some flat stock or zip ties, ive seen both
Not an expert, but it sounds like the shroud isn't fastened correctly. Even with a lift kit, I can't see how it would it hit, unless something isn't mounted or aligned correctly.
a body lift lifts the body and radiator, but the engine stays in place, 3" lower. It will hit. You dont have this problem w/ suspension lifts, but they are alot more pricey.

The body is raised 3 inches from the frame now. The engine is not raised with the body, therefore the core support, fan, and radiator are higher than the engine.

LOL! Well...That makes sense. I didn't put in any brain power on that previous post. I have my suspension lifted on my '92, 300, so I didn't have the issue with mine...
