where find the security code for my hd f150 2001 ???? i know there is inside the truck but which part under the dash or something like that please help me ....... thanks .
If Im not mistaking,its under the drivers side of the dash..There should be the module for the remotes and its on it..May have to unbolt it and flip it to find it on there
actually if you bought the truck new it would have been in the owners manual on a card, if you have never had it, you have to take it into the shop and they have to pull it using the computer.
I have an '01 supercrew and its up under the drivers side dash on one of the computer modules. Its a 5 digit code. Just look for a 5 digit code on somthing. make sure you have a flashlight. hopefully the previous owner, if it had one, didnt change it.
