Stand-alone MIL Eliminators

So apparently, NJ inspection laws changed in January, and a program tune to turn off the rear O2s for the catalyst monitor will fail, as the monitor will read as "not ready" (no allowance or waiver ether for the Cat monitor). When I built my exhaust, I didn't bother to weld in bungs for the cat monitors and so far, I haven't found a set of eliminators that will work without the O2 sensors in place. Any body know where to get a set that are a stand alone unit, like an emulator? I'm trying to avoid buying new sensors and messing with the exhaust system yet again...
