Yuck. At least it should all come apart easily.

I just saw your post about the RTV. When I did the intake swap on the Mustang or maybe it was the head swap I used plain black permatex RTV. It leaked. I bought a tube of this stuff: http://www.permatex.com/products/Aut...sket_Maker.htm

That stuff is freakin' awesome. It costs more than plain black RTV but it WILL NOT LEAK. It is a pain to scrape off if you have to pull a cover that you have sealed with it. It is hands down the best RTV I have ever used.
