1986 F150 351w Oil Filter Stud Issue / removal

Need some help, I sent my 86 351w off to the machine shop for a rebuild, putting it in a 55 F100, got it back and for some reason the Oil Filter will not screw on, the threads look fine, no marks or cross threading, I tried a couple different filters, Motor CraftC FL1A and the Fram PH8A and neither will go on, the Motor Craft won't evern start to thread and the Fram will go on about 1/2 turn, then tightens up, acting like it's cross threaded. Any ideas?

Wanted to provide an update to this incase someone else runs into this issue. Checked local auto parts places and they didn't know or have one. Checked with Ford and they do have them. Cost is 12 bucks and they are called an "Oil Filter Stud" I will add the part number once I get it should be today.

In addition, these are removable, some have allan or hex heads for easier removal mine however does not. I'm going to try to run a couple of nuts up on there and back it out that way first.

Later for now

I'd bet that while the engine work was being done, somehow, the filter stud got hit by something. At least its an easy fix.

That's what I was thinking, I know I didn't do it, here is the part number just incase anyone else needs to replace there's, it's actually easy, came right off with a pair of vise grips.
