17" Wheels for an 08 F250 SD?

I posted this in the F250 section with no response so I thought I would give it a shot here...

I have recently moved to AK and am looking for an extra set of 17" wheels for my 4x4 F250 SD. I would like to get the spare set to wheels to put a set of winter studded tires on. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just a set of rims that fit and will work for the winter. Does anyone on the site have a cheap set they want to part with or do you know of somewhere I might find some. I've checked the usual, craigslist, ebay, etc but no luck given the fact I'm not looking to spend a lot.

Thanks in Advance!

will have to watch where I am for you. Just some old steel rims would be an excellent idea

I would go talk with your local tire dealer. Not sure of pricing, but they should be able to sell you some cheap steel wheels for under $100/wheel.

Anyone selling them on craigslist will probably be selling expensive alloy rims and want more money for them.

Thanks Guys! I purchased a set of snow tires a couple of days ago. Now I just need a cheap set of rims for them to go on... steel would be fine by me. I could always just have the tires changed back and forth but thought I could save myself some time and money by having them mounted on a spare set of rims and switch them myself in the driveway.

@senix - Thanks, let me know if you run across anything.

heres a few...theres alot of 16s and some 18s but not many 17s. you may be able to get a better deal on new aftermarket wheels.
