cool.. if you havent already.. when you get the part pick up a haynes/chiltons manual too.. (i always prefer haynes) theyre great for looking up tq specs in which is something good to know when it comes time for putting the new one in..

... well I put it off .. got the part ,, new .. 45 dollahs .. got the two bolts and nut off ..

.. no jack .. nothing .. but now I can't get enough a swing on a hammer ta beat the thing off .. that don't sound cool .. but anyway it got dark and I luckily got a 12 pack an some smokes before hand .. or I would drive with it unbolted .. as it is broke anyway ..

.. maybe I should go out on the interstate .. see if ah it will fall off ... ha ha ...

nah nah .. tomorrow I will wedge the linkage and put a jack right on the shaft and force that bitch out ..

ya use a ball joint separator... it looks pretty much like a tuning fork and you stick it between the arm and linkage... then beat on it... give me a call tomorrow if you want help... if i dont get called into work ill come over..

... I mo put a 15 amp sawzall on that bitch .. metal blade .. cut it right off ..

.. then I will put the nut back on with washers and crank it thru .. an out ..

.. the cross member really did not move much when I took the frame bolts out ..

.. I preciate the offer of help .. but I got ta do dis .. I gots to show dis tpart an truck ..

.. I is not afraid .. I might be all drunked up most ta time ... but I will cut you in half ..

.. and beat you out with a center punch ..

.. Man .. that dam thing must of been broke a long time .. cause my steering is tight now
