Thanks for the addition, oldtrucknut! My name is Matt and i live in cecil, which is southwest of pgh. I had owned a 1984 f150 4x4 with a 300 inline six and a 4 speed. Man do I miss that truck!!!! I currently own a velocity red mazda rx8 with the rotary engine and six speed as my work car, a couple of 2001 honda cbr f4i's and a new to me 2004 blue excursion 4x4 with a 6.0 diesel. I purchased the excursion last week from chasman here on the forums. I know he doesnt post regularly but some of you may know him. I work as a conductor on the railroad and ride motorcycles, both offroad and street, hunt and fish, I road raced for a couple years, shoot guns and archery, and have two english springer spaniels that run in field trials. I look forward to meeting up at the get togethers in the future. Hopefully I can still show up when i can because i am on call 24/7 and that doesn't leave me the option to plan anything.

Welcome Matt, glad to have you here.

You will definately find a lot of helpful info on here regarding the Excursions and the 6.0s.

Sounds like you have your plate full with work and activities, so hopefully you can attend some gatherings. Catch you around!
