Maybe you can rep him, Trent? My ISP is up now and I'm on the computer and still can't rep him. The iPhone does weird things when I try to rep someone, but lo and behold even on a real computer I have to "spread the love".

Well got everything bolted back in, however the lower ball joint is the wrong one. It isn't long enough to make it through the spindle so looks like I'll be pressing that one out and pressing new ones in. Thought for a moment I'd be able to get this back on the ground today...wrong. Oh well its been in the air this long what's a few more days.

So I've been waiting for this day for a few months now. I finally got everything buttoned back up on the truck and it's back on the ground. The stance I have to say I love!! Although it does rub up front, I will have to look into getting that issue address at a later date. The other issue is the exhaust, I will be redoing that as well and instead of dumps under the bed, looks like I'm going to run it out front of the passenger rear tire. All in all I think the look is killer, I know this look isn't for everyone but for just a fun driver this is exactly what i was looking for. Hope you guys enjoy!!

Looks great and all, but the exhaust looks REALLY low...

Is there a reason that there couldn't have been straight piping in front of the mufflers?

The exhaust I have on it now is actually just there so the neighbors don't have to listen to it with open headers. I plan on having some pipe bent to go over cross member and run the exhaust that way so its higher up.

To fix your bed floor pretty cheap and easy you can run some 2x4s across the frame rails and then screw the boards to the 2x4s. Its pretty dang solid, Ive hauled ATVs, concrete and other heavy stuff in my bed. If you need any more pics on how I did it just let me know.

Just a quick question...I've got a new window visor bracket for the passenger side, I'm having trouble getting the old visor off of the original bracket without damaging it. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips if they have already done this fix? Thanks

Visor bracket? Do you mean the chrome-plated, triangular mounting piece?

Correct, with the rod that goes into the visor itself. I can't seem to get the visor off the rod.

Looks like no attaching hardware on the rod. Maybe a bigger hammer

Can you feel any kind of metal sleeve in the visor that receives the rod? If so, maybe a shot of PB Blaster or something. Just a thought.

It has been forever since my last post but for good reason...I haven't had much time to do much. Luckily I got a few hours today to get the garage cleaned out after my last house project. That meant that I needed a new battery for No Buck in order to get it moved outside. Got the new battery installed and it fired right up. Hopefully soon I'll be able to get at it. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic, it's just good to see it out of the garage again.
