New replacement rear window latch install?

Sometimes its the simple things that confuse the hell out of me

Just picked up this replacement rear sliding window latch from Advance Auto Parts and cannot figure out for the life of me on how to install it. I tried a couple ways, but doesnt seem to work out

4 pieces of plastic and 4 little screws have got me stumped....any ideas on what I am doing wrong here? Do I use all parts supplied?

Ok...Round 2 went better............

Spacer not needed as that rounded piece you see in pic. Appears latch just needed to sit in hot Florida sun for a few then I was able to bend it out and over latch catch piece.
