Turn signal cam
Has anyone seen these? The ad claims it will work for 61-66 F100.

It looks similar. From the posts that I've read, it's not an easy job or a long lasting fix. I replaced my entire turn signal switch, which was a bit of a job, with an aftermarket piece that I'm not happy with. You can still purchase the original Ford part, which is what I should have done. The hardest part of the swap was identifying the wires whose colors had faded over the years. I believe the switch is only around $30. More work but more product for the money. Good luck.

Wrong cam
I bought one of them, not from ebay, but the same one and it was about $9.
the cam is almost the right size but not quite right, and the back side of it where the little sliding switches are supposed to fit into their indentation in the plastic, is all open and constructed very differently.
Answer, NO, don't fit but I filled it with some epoxy and drilled the holes myself. It came out nicely.
The only reason I even bothered was because My switch was in good shape and only one of the pawls was broken off of that cam. Otherwise not a worthwile endeavor.
But!
Carpenter has the entire assembly for $30. In their 57-66 Truck and Econoline section. I haven't ordered it but that looks like the way to go. A little over forty with shipping, but the best price I can find.
Part # C9TZ-13341-C

I bought one of those once. It lasted maybe two years before it developed a chafed wire and half the turn signals wouldn't work. They are not a perfect fit.
I wholeheartedly agree that the entire switch should be replaced with the FoMoCo part. Yes, it's a little more work but it's not that difficult. I wrote a how-to after doing mine you can find on my personal web site: mongrelmotorsports
