CEL came on a few weeks ago, code p0605 I've cleared it a few times, but it comes right back. 2006 5.4 with only 27k well maintained with a new battery. Code is pcm rom failure, does this mean the pcm is on the way out? Truck runs great, although it seems a bit rough at idle sometimes. Reading the codes there are 2 one pending p0605 and one fault p0605 I'm worried that if/when the pcm dies it'll leave me stranded. Don't have the $ right now to take to the dealer, but it looks like that maybe my only option as it's not an easy fix. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks!
