Not a built tool, more like put together.

Taurus and Windstar tensioner detensioner tool. Piece of cheap pipe and cheap
combo wrench.

Tool used to create: 10 pound sledgehammer.

Used many times and I am glad I made it(put it together).

It's a 4" piece, 1/4" wall and yes, the center piece is just a 1 1/2" pipe with a piece of plate.

I made this fairly random tool for someone today, all it is is a 22 mm allen welded to a 22 mm socket and a 1/2 drive extension welded to the socket and squared off on the other end to make it 3/8''
Dunno why it had to be done this way but it did give a chance to use my indexing head.

I think the adapter was for testing torques on pumps or hydraulic cylinders or something...

Also today I made a bracket to mount a second york air compressor on my 460. I don't think ford intended for this to be done.

It obviously is not finished in that picture, but perhaps tomorrow I'll think to take a picture of the complete bracket.

Why two compressors?

Ac and oba or are you wanting more volume for one oba?

I believe answer A would be the best fit. A/C and onboard air.

Heat and humidity can get fairly ridiculous in Mississippi, plus I got good deal on a working a/c system.

If you ever get ticked at an import engine stand... build a real one.

That engine stand will rotate the engine with one hand, and roll across gravel.

Here is my nearly finished secondary york /alt bracket.

looking for a build thread

Is there a hydraulic press build thread in FTE somewhere?

Or do one of you guys have some specs.

I need to build one, and need some real world dimensions vs trying

to make it up as I go.
