87 F350 460 miss

Hello all,

I got a 87 carb f350 with a miss that occurs all through the driving range. I put my old spark checker on it and on one wire it didn't light up. So I swapped the wires out and getting fire on all wires but still missing????? The back cylinder on the drivers side plug was oily as hell so I put in a good plug and it still misses. I also real quick did a compression check on that cylinder and it was holding at 100psi but I didn't check the others yet and the engine was warm. Also cap and rotor button have been changed also. It also sounds like a exhaust leak on the drivers side of the engine. Kinda poppy sounding ???? I am thinking something valve related maybe? Any help would be appreciated!!!!

I forgot to add when I was messing with it I could unhook that back cylinders plug wire and there was no change in engine running condition but there was when disconnecting anyother plug wire.

I swapped out the spark plugs on the drivers side cylinder. It runs better. The last spark plug on the drivers side was pretty black.
