Hey everyone,

Well I made a thread a while back about a phantom oil leak, I did some more digging around my motor and it looks like it is in fact coming from the pedestal. So, I am wanting to put a non-EBPV pedestal and high flow outlet from Clay on my truck. What kind of a headache is that job? I don't have a lot of tools or a great place to work anymore (used to borrow my dad's tools and garage, but they headed south with tools in tow). I have an E99 with an AIS and 4in turbo back on a stock turbo and tunes.

regular tools, bud. Get some pb-blaster, and let soak on the bolts and v-clamps for a day, then tackle the job. Nothing to it, really, just some time. With everything apart, did you order the plenum inserts and new "T" clamps for them?

 

I actually haven't ordred anything yet, but the inserts sound like a good idea.

 

order that too, its an o-ring kit, for all componants,....fuel bowl, hpop hoses,..etc.
