I have a E4OD transmission for sale, 15K on ford rebuild, I had it installed 2 years ago. I blew my first auto towing in the catskills, and I only towed twice with this tranny after with no problems at all, I finally went to a zf5 for towing reliability.
Please note: this is a Diesel bell housing and will NOT work for a gasser. It works for any 6.9 or 7.3 up to 1997.
This transmission is in top notch condition, shifts smooth and NO jerking, it was NOT in limp mode when I pulled it out. I have the torque converter, tranny, flexplate, crossmember, driveshafts, cooler lines, transfer case skid plate(different than manual skid plate), there is no transfer case included but a BW 1356 will work. I have PRACTICALLY EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO SWAP IN A E4OD!!!!!! Pics below, make a offer, every offer will be considered.
I also have a auto brake pedal assembly.
I would rather a pickup, I'm in NY, pm me for exact location.

Well, that's what could be a bit of an issue. I'm in Oakville, Ontario, Canada which is about 1 hour west of Toronto. How much would you ask for it??

Hey - thanks for all the help! I've been thinking, however, that because of everything that's been going on with us, that I'm just going to sell the truck. I know I won't get as much as if I could sell it with a working tranny, but so be it. Have a great day, and thanks again. Michael
