1978 f150 jerry hayes special edition. What was this truck? Special drivetrain or just trim?

Never heard of it until I googled it and found a Craigslist ad that was posted two days ago for a 78 F150; taking a wild guess this is the truck you're talking about. Only thing special about it is it looks like it has the (partial) Freewheeling stripes.

The only mention of it I could find was a craigslist ad, So mabye someone made it?

I think fmc400 is correct. Unfortunately the Craigslist add has expired. Youtube video below.
