Well I have found an exact one you need, cept it has a auto instead of a stick:

1994 Ford F-350 Powerstroke

2000 FORD F-250 SUPER DUTY DIESEL

a 2000, auto tranny, 131k....

last but not least this one is in helena, its a manual 4x4 7.3....i didnt see if it was longbox or not though.

Yep no problem. I just figured i would help find one...shoot i wouldnt mind 100 bucks but you dont gotta do nothing, I just like helping ppl.
