2003 6.0 Rough Idle
Hello
My F350 2003 6.0 been running very rough, this happen after I changed out all the fuel filters, oil filters, The first problem that came up after changing the filters were it was hard to start like no fuel was getting to top filter, This was still hard to start as I had to let the fuel pump run a little longer to get some pressure, In couple days the truck started to run rough and still hard to start. No Engine Light and no codes came up. (Weather 75deg)
This was going on for about three weeks, with no codes,
I also changed out the filters again the other day to make sure nothing was clogged up; there was very little water in the water drain plug.
I went for a short drive tonight and it started to get worse tonight and than the engine light came on, The code is P2885
I came back home I cleared the code and it is still running ruff.
This is the second fuel pump since I had the truck new in 2003
Any help, suggestions,

Help Me
This is an older post, I still need help to locate this problem.
I changed out the ICP sensor last month, and the truck is still doing the same thing. (There are no codes that I can read now as when I changed out ICP the code is not present)
It is still like there is not enough fuel going to engine, It starts to buck a little when I am either at average speed of 25 or even 50, it will seam like its not getting enough fuel, If I press on the fuel peddle accelerate it will not hesitate at all and pick up speed and no bucking on engine.
This does not matter if engine is cold or warm.
I changed Fuel filters out three times and fuel pump once with no success
Please any help or ideas on what to do next,
Thanks

First, take a look in the Tech Folder for the instructions on how to test your FICM. That would be a good start. Secondly, it might be that you're getting Injector Stiction. If that be the case, RevX would be something to try as a somewhat inexpensive try at fixing. Of course the RevX will only prolong the "fix". You may need to invest in injectors in the long run. Just some input to get you started in trying to solve the problem. I'm sure one of the techs will chime in with some real help, but they may point you in the direction that I am to start.

I didn't see a thread on installing a fuel gauge, but it's pretty straight forward. I think the hardest part is figuring out where to mount it. Clearance is tight between the filter housing and upper radiator hose so most guys use a 90deg fitting there. Of course all this isn't an issue for temporary install of a test gauge if you just want to verify fuel pressure is/isn't a problem.
