If you are looking for a truck to tow with that can fit 6 adults, this is it. Let me first go through what the truck has. It has 18” King Ranch wheels-tires are BFG All-Terrain 275/70/18 load range E at about 50% wear with a full spare. From the factory it has gray interior, fog lights, heated mirrors, integrated brake controller, 4 aux up fitter switches, sliding rear window, tinted windows, winter time high idle, cruise control, 6 CD changer, front power seats, power mirrors. I have also installed a gooseneck hitch, camper tie downs, Aluminum toolbox, Air Lift airbag rear suspension ,3 ½ inch high flow exhaust (catalytic converter) and a cold air intake. It has new batteries, reconditioned turbo, Bullet Proof Diesel EGR cooler, Oil Cooler, SCT fitting on the HPOP, updated fuel pressure regulator spring, Dieselsite Coolant Filter and Starter.
The transmission oil, transfer case, front axle and rear axle oil was changed at 60k miles and all of it was replaced with Amsoil Synthetic oils. The cooling system was flushed and thoroughly cleaned when the oil cooler/EGR cooler were replaced.
All of the weak spots on this 6.0 have been addressed with this engine so that it is reliable to tow anything. The new oil cooler and Bullet Proof EGR cooler work perfectly and under a load keeps the engine cool. I was planning on keeping this truck forever, however life has thrown me a curve ball to where I need to re-evaluate things and this is something that has got to go. I am negotiable with the price but I’m not giving this truck away because I don’t have to sell it right away. It is a truck that has been used as a truck that has 86k miles so it has scratches and a couple dings but overall, a very nice looking truck that pulls 10,000 pounds like it is nothing.
