This is a pretty cool device

I was scanning through Auto Anything electronics and came across this Escort GPS Tracker. You can track anything with your cell phone. I wonder if it's a good as having LoJack.

I've seen that unit before but never tried it, but I have used more expensive commercial units. Just remember to check the laws in your area; In most places it is illegal to attach a GPS tracker to vehicle that you are not the registered owner.

That does look awesome. Any idea on what kind of signal strength that thing has? It'd be a shame if it was so weak that you couldn't hide it anywhere out of sight.
