Dual Function Reservoir

My DFR is bad and I've been trying to find one online but I'm having a hell of a time tracking one down. Does anybody know of a place to find one?

I have never messed with one, But I read here on FTE that some guys have taken them apart and replaced some O-rings and have got them working again.. I wish I could remember where I saw that,, maybe a search will turn up something..
