I'm building a deck in the rear to put the spare tire under, along with tools, jacks, etc, and a mattress on top of, gets the sides prepped for insulation and sheeting, gotta run a lot of wire for speakers and lights, gonna be lit up with LEDs, once I solder them together, and get them mounted in something. I have diamond plate aluminum pieces for some things too.

love seeing all the pics! here is our 2000 E250 with a 5.4 Triton. Custom rear bumper, was used as a moto hauler. we will be building out a new interior and making some mods to it to take it east coast to west.

Just bought this and joined the Forum. It's an '89 with a 5.0/302 and an E4OD.

Sportsmobile did the penthouse and interior in '92.

Photos are of the van in seller's driveway. He got a newer one with the V10. I like this one better!

Will need some advice on saving the frame, which has a lot of scale on it. It runs nicely, but wallows down the road. Time to re-do the suspension and get it cruising for the summer.

^^^ that looks like it is in great shape, should be fun!
We had "wallowing" issues with our '96 Buick (sedan), replaced all 4 struts with KYBs last year - and that solved it.
Good luck with your fix and the enjoy cruisin'

Thanks. Except for carpet wear and a dingy dash, the interior is pretty minty.

The fancy new ones go for crazy money, I'm on a budget, but hopefully this one is at least worth fixing up a bit.

Our boys are 9 and 7 years old -- perfect time to spend summers hitting the old Revolutionary War and Civil War history sites.
