Where's the obd1 port?? 1990 ranger

I've looked everywhere for the obd1 port on my 1990 ranger. Can't find it anywhere.

2001 ford ranger 4.0 4x4 2003 4.0 swap, dual flowmaster exhaust. Just the play truck

Passenger side inner fender.. probably tucked under the fuse box or whatever that is over there hanging off the fender. I had the code reader hooked up to our '90 last weekend and that is where I found it.
