Are the holes in the manual windows and manual locks in the same places as the holes for power window and power lock switches?
or do you need new inserts?

You can possibly enlarge and cut the hole for the window crank and make it square, the you will have to make a new hole for the power locks. If you don't have a rare interior color, then I would just find some new panels with the holes already cut.

 

Check inside your door jam for a hole in your door to run the wires. I thought about doing the same thing but didn't want to take my doors off to drill them.

 

1980 was the one year out that wasn't electrically equipped for power windows and door locks.

The main dash harness has to be swapped or serious rewiring needs to occur to swap them into a 1980.

1981-1986 has provisions in the fuse panel for the add on harnesses.
