looking to buy 2010 expedition question

My wife and I are looking to buy a 2010 expedition. It's been awhile since I've dealt with the 5.4 motor. My 04 F-150's main issue was the spark plugs becoming caked with carbon and breaking off in the engine. I know they've made improvements since then. My question is are there common issues that you guys come across regularly on a 2010 expedition? I've been searching the forums but I haven't come across anything "common" figured you guys would know better. Thanks!

-Crappy tires from factory
-Trans shifts hard in 1-2 or 2-1...requires PCM ref lash from Ford. Only really effects 07/08 models
-Paint bubbling on hood/rear hatch. Aluminum sucks. Covered under warranty though

Overall they are great vehicles. The 09+ 5.4 motor has different heads and plugs. No more sticking issues. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one

Thanks Tylus! I appreciate the response. I was wondering why nothing was coming up in my searches. Now I know, thanks!

I have an '07 with 55,000 miles and owned it since new. I don't think they have made many changes between '07 and '10 except small improvements. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a new one if I had an extra $55,000 laying around.
