Few Aftermarket rim/tire questions

Right now im looking for new tires and rims, my current tire/ rim setup is the stock 17in rim with 35in kumho road venture mt's. Im looking at 20in xd misfits with either Nitto trail grapplers, The toyo mt's or Nitto terra grapplers.

Question number one:
What offset should i get to keep the stock look, without the tires sticking out of the fender to much?

Number two:
what tire would give me the longest life? So anyone who has had these tires, or knows someone with them, would you mind sharing your experience with them.... I need something to last for awhile, i really like the mt look and capabilaties, but they dont last to long. My kumhos now have a little over 23k on them, they'll only make it another 5000 before theyre done.

thanks

Tead life on the Nittos will suck. My Trail Grapplers are half gone at 10k. Terras are just crappy tires IMO, they look bland and very nonagressive. I had a friend who ran them under an F150, gone in 15k.

Super Swamper M16s look cool and I never really see them on newer trucks, so they'd be a head turners, supposed to be highway friendly compared to other Interco tires. ProComp Xtreme A/Ts are pavement friendly, but as still stout looking and agressive.

Check the center bore on the KMCs, the one's I looked at were so tight as the be almost hubcentric, big plus there.
