I'm a senior in high school and I drive my truck everyday to school. It's an awesome feeling to drive my truck there everyday expecially when everybody loves my 75 lol it's also nice to know I have the best sounding and fastest vehicle in the parking lot! Even the princeipals love my truck! Yesterday when school got out and I was driving my truck over to the football field for pratice the princeipals stopped me and I was like oh crap I'm in trouble! and they asked me all about my truck so now I'm on good terms with my principals I should be set for when I get in trouble!

Every day for the last two years of school.
76 long bed, 2wd 300/6, manual steering, manual brakes, three on the tree, plus I stuffed the 31's under the fenders and that made it all worse!
What a beoutch to park, shift and steer into a parking lot spaced for little imports!
But there wasn't another one in the parking lot.

I'm so green with envy right now. I wish I had a dentside back in the day. You guys had a golden life driving an old dentside.
I however drove a 91 prelude. Worst purchase I've ever made...
EDIT: for the price I paid for my prelude, I could have been sitting in an ulgy, unpainted version of Jsutton's sick-a$$ ride... ohhhh if I could go back...

i bought my dent at in the middle of my junior year and worked on it all through the summer, i finished the paint job and got it running right with 3 days before the first day of my senior year. what a great feeling to be the only student that had payed 100% for thier ride and to park it next to all those rice burners that mommy and daddy bought.
here is a picture of that first ride to schhol.

thats nice khodge very nice. i drove a 71 f100 2wd with a boss 302 init for 2 years until i had a slight mixup with another kid while finding out who was faster (by the way i was) and when it was said and done my tranny and engine was toast. so i parked it in the tree row and got a 67 f100 2wd 4speed for 500 cash and finished out my time with that. it was cool to be the only one who drove those old rusted rigs to school and park by the fancy cars that mommy and daddy bought their kids. and when asked why i drove those "p.o.s trucks" as they called them i proudly said i bought and paid for mine, what about you?

I drove my 74 f100 with stock 460. When I was turning 16, my dad took me out to the shed on our farm and told me I could have my pick of the dents. Both were 74 2wd long box xlts. One was a brown supercab with a 360 and the other was a standard cab wimbeldon red and candyapple white with a 460. I chose the red and white one. I graduated in 92. sadly enough, being young and dumb, the super cab slowly gave its life to keep the red and white one on the road. Thankfully I still have my high school pickup today, and it is undergoing a few changes, hopefully to be completed for my 20 year class reunion next year.
