A 20% improvement would be pretty nice. But it's not a big raw number. as an example, I got 1.5 mpg improvement towing.. a 16% improvement. 1.5 mpg on top of the 9 I got before. so 10.5..
to get 15mpg, I would need a 66% improvement.. and that just ain't gonna happen. (if it could, the manufacturers would be doing it) and 15 still sucks..

First thing you're doing wrong is using the truck computer. The only way you can get an accurate read on fuel mileage is to hand fill to the same level every time, and then hand calculate. Also don't expect any major increase with the tuner. They are for power/speed not economy. So, to see if you have any increase you need to know what you had before. If you don't know that you're kinda stuck unless you want to put the DPF back on and get a baseline. If I were you I'd just quit worring about it and enjoy all that new performance. Truth is nobody is getting very good MPGs on these trucks. Some say they are but their claims are so far out of line from everyone else that they lack credability.

Just did a short 200 mile trip yesterday in the KEM 345 tune on the way down I got 17.5 doing 75 with is at 2,300 RPMs my "lie o meter" said 17.4 and hand calculated was 17.5, on the way back up with 2,000 lb of 2 7.3 motors I got 18 flat doing 68 with is 2,000 RPMs on the nose and I was happy with the especially with 2k worth of motors in the bed. All depends on how you drive and anything over 2,000 you will start to suffer.
