turn signal wiring help
1978 F250 Custom Camper automatic 460
I am struggling!
I finally got the right turn signal harness and thanks to the pictures I took of the original wiring in the plug I was able to line the new wiring up with the color code that matched the old wiring. However when I plugged it in to the main plug I got a mess. With the turn signal off it's like the brakes are on, when I moved the signal to right or left the brake lights went out.
When I look and the main plug the color codes on the wire are different than those in the new harness, soo, where do I star and what do I do?
thanks
