The Cooter Chronicles...Beware, Parts ****!

Haven't done too much lately, either business sucks and I have time but no money, or I get slammed and have money but no time! Can't win for losing...
I have been doing small things that don't show like running brake lines and such, but decided to put the dash together to see how it's going to look.

Six-hole panel and 12 volt switches from Mid-fifty, Autometer gauges, Ididit column, Billet Specialties wheel with genuine simulated wood rim, Lokar gas pedal and shifter, and Kugel brake and clutch assembly.

Diane at Mid-fity sent extra parts

You said "genuine simulated wood rim". Is that anything like (Real Naugahyde)? Like who killed and skinned the Nauga?

It looks real good Bud

The color doesn't come out right in the pictures, I'm going with a '65 Mustang yellow "Springtime Yellow". The original paint code was 1955.

I knew an upholstery guy that kept a little stuffed animal on his desk. He told people it was a Nauga, which is where Naugahyde comes from. We all had a good laugh.

Lookin good Cooter,..... even has the correct number of pedals! How many times have you sat behind the wheel and rowed through the gears, dreaming of that first test drive? ....That day will come! Keep up the good work.
