settings for rear ride rite airbags
I just had my rear ride rite dual airbags installed with 100 percent duty compressor and air tank. My question is how much air pressure do you guys run with a good load in the rear like 1500lbs or so of trailer weight? I've been running 5lbs empty and 20lbs with a 4 wheeler in back. So do i need to be in the 60lb range with heavier loads?

I run 5lbs empty and about 30 lbs with 2800 lb load. Only run enough to bring the truck level unless you have a need for more.
I basically air up enough that if you look at the leaf springs, my bottom one is just about engaged completely.

I agree with Scott, put enough in to get the truck leveled out, not much need for more. It all depends on what's in your box or what you're hooked too.
I pulled my bags off my '99 and put them on my '08, and am surprised at how little air I need on the '08 to haul the same load, they must be some strong leaf springs. These new trucks continue to impress me.
