how to load picture

I have a picture i would like to take from my pictures and put it on the sight, need info and how not to make it to large for the forum.

Most computers have a built in program to manage file sizes....I have Adobe Photoshop CS5, but
there is also NERO. To size a photo up for the web, a good pixel dimension would be 640x480.
Usually, when you dbl click the image and it opens in a "viewer", you'll be given an option on editing
it...sizing will be one of the options within editing.
