22.5 Big Rig Wheel Dilema???

Having difficult time finding the right set up to go to 22.5 10 lug wheels for my 05' lifted Excursion. I am currently running Toyo 40x15 M/T tires now. I only do highway and street driving with this truck and pull a boat. The M/T tires are loud and hard to get a smooth highway ride. So I want to go to a RV tire 22.5x41 for strickly highway and towing. I will have to use 8 to 10 lug adapters. But my problem is finding the right wheel!! Any body know of a 22.5x9" wheel for a single setup on all 4 corners with the correct off sets????? I thought I would be able to use an Alcoa but have not seen one with the offset for a single wheel. I only see for dually application. I would use a chromed steel if I could locate. I know ride will be stiff but am ok with that because I use it to tow.... Any Ideas or recomendations would be greatly apreciated!!! Thanks, Tom.

Holy guacamole those are some big ****'s. Tractor trailers typically run 11:00x22. I'd love to see some pics of your rig. How much of a drop hitch do you use to tow the boat?

You could always use 19.5 inch rims from Rickson.

Thanks guys.... I am leaning towards going with Al's suggestion of American Force 22.5 Big Rig set up... Will need to run larger tires then I wanted to. The American Foce is a 12.5" wide tire and requires a minimum of a 385/65-22.5 (42.5" tall) a bit larger then the 315/65-22.5 (41" tall) not much taller but more mass. The truck will clear the larger tires. It has a 12" lift with AGR hydrolic steering, rear ladders keeping the rear axel straight with fox shocks all around. This truck an 05' 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel with only 32,000 miles. Still very tight and tracking extremely straight witout any wandering. We achieved this with new moog heavy duty baal joints (wore out factory ball joints in less then 20,000 miles) and solid bushings where ever we could. And also tightening up the steering gear box quite a bit. The gear box was sloppy with very few miles on it!!! If you guys are feeling slop in your fords front end don't forget to look out tightening the gear box... sooo simple and often over looked!! But be careful... just a half turn at a time and road test at each turn because it can be over tightened and break gears. If anyone interested I can go into detail for you.. I have done it on all my fords!!

So my next quest is to find out what is the smoothest running 385/65-22.5 ?? Al thanks for the final push over to the American Force set up!!

I want to post pictures of the truck for you.... but can't seem to attach with this response (ambaresed to admit!) How do I post a picture??

Thanks ,Tom I'll post a pic as soon as I figure it ou!! Ha!!
