Did you check the fusable wires coming from the starter solenoid? Years ago my plow truck, 86 Bronco did the same thing, I just wired a 15 amp fuse in, the place of the blown fuse link.

Did you check the impact switch? This shuts off the fuel pump(s) in the event of a collision.

Not sure on your truck but I think it's behind the dash near the hump where the carpet meets the firewall on the passenger side, should have a white or red button on top.

Rollver switch gets power from fuel pump relay. If there is no power at the rollover switch, check the relay. Should have power (red wire?) in, and when ECM grounds the control wire (color?) the relay closes and sends power to the pump via rollover switch. ECM turns relay on for about one second at Key On, then shuts it off until it sees rpm signal from dist. A test light from battery pos to relay control terminal will confirm that.

For some strange reason the truck runs again the only thing that was done is swap eec relay and fuel pump relay they were both good so I don't know what happened.

Inertia switch is a possible solution for the fuel pumps not turning on, but wouldn't explain the lack of spark. If the PCM has already been replaced, to no avail, then I would consider doing a point to point continuity check on the main engine harness coming off of the PCM. Pain in the butt, but sounds like it could be you're problem.

sounds like a stuck relay, could have been jostled loose while switching them. Have you checked connections going into the battery distribution box?

is the CEL on? Can you pull the codes? I'm interested to know if it throws a 542 code, or not.

1995 f150 changed two push rods that were not in rocker .so got all of them done and now put manifold on to check pushrods and rockers. To make sure there working all and did .so put valve cover pan on and manifold back together .notice a high idle and a rasberry sound coming from someware by an the alternator .didn't make that fast idle when the valve cover was off...
