Moving to Utah, maybe?

Moving to Utah, maybe?
So looking to move out of Illinois, and Utah is on of the states I was looking at. I have a few questions. Right now I was looking at St. George since I have been there in 2007, would rather live in a smaller town/city. Any other towns/cities I should look at?
Whats the Vehicle safety inspection look for? Is it ok if my 2005 Super Duty is lifted?
How about insurance? I think that Utah is a No-Fault insurance state, dont really know what that means?
Housing right now I would be looking for an apartment and than a house, can you get a nice house for under 200k?
Are there decent jobs in Utah?
Thanks for the help everyone.

Hey St. George is a great town to live in another one to maybe check is Herriman it's a pretty nice and small town next to the mountains but you can always count on being warm down south.
As for the Vehicle Safety inspecton you can find most of the answers at Emission Laws in Utah at DMV.org: The UT DMV Made Simple
Your truck is fine lifted no worries there.
I had never heard of No-Fault insurance state til I read this but I found a website that explains it.
Utah No Fault Insurance : Utah No Fault Auto Insurance Quote
Housing under 200K might be a little hard to find but they are out here on website that you can find housing and apartments here is at
-ksl.com
They will show you housing all over the state with prices and companys to do housing with.
Jobs are kind of hard to find they are here depending on what you are looking for. Ksl.com has some great job postings on there to.
I hope that is a little helpful and I hope them websites can help to.

If your serious about moving to St. George, you'll have a hard time buying a house under 200K there.
Good luck. Let us know if you do decide to move here.
