I have a 1990 7.3 idi that is getting plenty of fuel to the filter cannister but not much at all thru the injector lines while cranking. Just put 2 new batteries and a starter on so it's turning over fast enough. New glow plugs and fuel return line kit installed also. There is voltage to the fuel shut off solenoid (it does not make a loud click though) but no voltage to the fast idle solenoid. I initially thought is was a return line air leak and/or glow plug problem because of hard starting symptoms. Any ideas or items to check will be appreciated.
