As always thanks for the reply. Always very helpful. I checked around on the 632 code as well and this appears to be because I didn't cycle the O/D switch during the test. So I guess I'm again waiting on something to happen with it. If I don't get the continuous codes, could that be an indication of another issue?

I had a similar problem of no codes, turned out the computer was bad. I read up on why they go bad and then tested looking for any thing out of normal ranges, solenoids, actuators, but I think it was old age. Installed a re manufacture EEC and the end of problem. Shop around a bit if you go that route, in my case Carquest was 40.- cheaper than Auto Zone. I payed 120.- for it
