As always thanks for the reply. Always very helpful. I checked around on the 632 code as well and this appears to be because I didn't cycle the O/D switch during the test. So I guess I'm again waiting on something to happen with it. If I don't get the continuous codes, could that be an indication of another issue?

I had a similar problem of no codes, turned out the computer was bad. I read up on why they go bad and then tested looking for any thing out of normal ranges, solenoids, actuators, but I think it was old age. Installed a re manufacture EEC and the end of problem. Shop around a bit if you go that route, in my case Carquest was 40.- cheaper than Auto Zone. I payed 120.- for it

That is the direction I'm leaning. From what I've read they can fail after 10 years. I'm going to start there and see what happens. I'll keep this thread updated if this solves the problem.
