'53 ford rear suspension ?

I was wondering if removing a couple of leaf springs will help the stiff ride, Has anyone tried this ?????

You can go a couple, but taking more than half out will make for a very bad ride.

yeah, it should. Most times when removing leaves, every other one is removed, such as 1, 3, 5, 7, etc... Make sure you still have threads on the U-bolts, though.
