Emergency/Parking Brake Cables

I have a 1970 9 inch under my 50 F3. Has anyone done the 9 inch swap and added emergency/parking brakes to it? If so, what did you use? I would guess it could be a 1970 F100 long bed cable set, but wanted some input from the "board"...

Thanks in advance

The cable from the 70 should be similar, if not the same, to the 48-52.

The e-brake cables from an F-1 will hook up directly to the rear brakes on a truck 9" of the 1970 vintage, so it shouldn't be too hard to rig something up, either with all stock parts or a hybrid of new and old, depending on what you're using for an actuator pedal/handle.

Lokar makes a universal kit, I'm installing on my 56 panel. It's not as cheap as stock cables but if you're mix matching parts which I tried, this kit is a lot simpler.

This is exactly what I did on mine.....was fairly simple if I recall.
I'm still using all of the original stuff though, including the underdash lever.
