The 04's use a different PCV valve design. My dads 03' takes a valve similar to the one you link. It just pushed into the PCV hose and slid into a grommet on the valve cover.

You need this one. More Information for MOTORCRAFT EV269

Looks like they are made by aftermarket companies also. (Rock auto lists an aftermarket)

The one dkf listed is correct I would be hesitant using aftermarket I tried 1 on my wifes expedition and was constantly getting bank lean codes and fluctuating idle, I finally chased it down to that stupid aftermarket PCV put on a MOTORCRAFT and problem went away. That was 2years ago maybe it's worked out by now, but I'll keep with OEM from now on.

Rockauto has the Motorcraft PCV valve for $12.27 and shipping is $2.83 to my house.

I think Ed's is going to have the hose to the back of the intake manifold with the rubber elbow on it! If it does you should definatlel get it that hose and elbow have a tendency to dry roy IMHO

The PCV hose on the 04' is completely different than the earlier models. Replacing the hose just because is a complete waste.
