302/351 swap into older Jeep CJ.

I am thinking about collecting the stuff I need to swap a Ford 302 or 351w into my 1977 CJ5. I was wondering how it went for anyone who has done something similar. I am figuring I can use a Ford t-18 with the engine and use my Jeep output on it to mate it to the D20.

I like the idea of a Ford over Chevy and AMC because I have a little more fun working on them and because the 302 is so small, light and powerful. I think I would rather do a 351w just for kicks but they are harder to find around here.

My E-100 has a 245,000 mile 351w that might be coming out in the next year or so for a rebuild. I am thinking about finding a used engine for the van and putting the rebuilt 351 in the Jeep. Gotta say that seeing this 351w run so well at 245,000 miles really makes me want to overhaul it and go for another quarter million in the Jeep which also has over 250,000 miles on it, but it has had 1 engine rebuild the Ford has not.
