I recently purchased a 99 f150 with 196k on it and it had rearended a trailer and the guy I bought it from says everything still working fine until he had it on a 200 amp quick charge too long and now the truck runs rough, wipers don't work, dome light don't work, 4x4 doesn't light up or engage, power Windows and a couple of other miscellaneous things any advice on what I should check?

 

All those circuits are controlled by the GEM module.
We still got some people who think they are working on a farm tractor or an old time truck to put 200 amps to it and go leave it without a timer on the charger. Lucky if the battery is still worthwhile.
The charger likely took the system voltage to high. The GEM is always alive, key on or off.
