2000 Expedition no power to radio
My wife took her Expedition to have it inspected. The tech told her he needed to replace the fuse for the diagnostic connector and supposedly did so. After she left the quick-lube place, she found her radio will not come on. I checked all of the fuses and everything seems fine. I removed the radio and found we have power to the switched power wire, but no power to the constant power wire. The Haynes manual refers to a "power distribution box", a "junction box fuse/relay panel", and a "mini-fuse fuse box" i know what and where the first two are, but is there a third location for fuses? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I'd like to know an answer to this as well. I'm in the middle of doing a swap of the factory integrated radio for an aftermarket stereo with the replacement interface and associated wiring harnesses to mate with the stock harnesses. I have a 2011 F-150 and I'm not getting +12v through the red accessory wire with the key on but I do get +12v through the yellow battery wire that is always hot. I've tried searching threads but can't seem to pin down the right one.
