02 sensor bypass?

02 sensor bypass?

ive heard there is a part that will show an active 02sensor even if there isnt one. in the case of removing a cat. has anyone used one? any good links?

Have a look at o2simulator.com and obd2cables.com for something.
Another way is to weld in a spark plug anti-fouler and screw in the oxygen sensor so that the tip is out of the exhaust flow. Apparently this bluffs the sensor into reporting that everything is fine.

thanks man, i hollowed out my second cat and figured the o2 wasnt going to like it. i just keep clearing the code but if i can land something that can do the job

Run a tuner. A tuner can ignore the second sensor, and can optimize your timing and fuel curves. Hollow cats are horrible performance robbers.
