What is this? (with more pics)

What is this an oil sender , knock sensor or what i have no idea.

That's an oil pressure switch.

Where did that engine come from under the ocean?? If the block has that much rust how is the truck?

That is a close up of a boathouse anchor. Unscrew that oil pressure sensor and junk the rest of the pile.

they it does look that way and also i think the JB weld patch is stronger than the metal in some spots on the Engine the truck has a decent amount of rust not the worst ive seen mostly in all the common spots but none on the cab but what do you expect from a plow truck.....

Wow I feel for you man . . . I would not want to be working on that engine! If you are tearing it down let us know how many bolt you do NOT break.

lets see I managed to save one *bolt crumbles*....never mind....I lost it.... ...yea just tell us how many bolts you manage to not break on this one....looks like a turd in a way YIKES!!

i thought that you guys would appreciate these pic hahaha. Enjoy. JB weld is it just me or do all of your spark plugs rust out fast too i did those in the fall What stud hahaha that was also a stud maybe 3 years old that is the rad core support mount bushing... best part i didnt have to deal with the bolt for the rad core and the support bracket it just pulled rite out without any force too.

Was it running like that? Looks like it might have not long ago. I think it would crumble if you take it apart.

yeah it was running like that ran strong too. it ran like 2 weeks ago rite before i pulled it out.

Looks like the oil pressure sender, the sender is usually one wire.
