QuadDriver. Why brass? I have a short steel piece for this . . . No biggie as I still need the elbow and T Just wondering.

You'd rather mess up the threads on the short pipe then the block. Just my opinion. Always a chance...

I agree, I would never run tubing into the cab. I picked up a nice 3 gauge electrical gauge set from Summit Racing ($120) and an A pillar pod. Installed last month, pretty straightforward. Gauges are accurate (checked with mechanical gauges) and have a cool blue backlight.

02 F150 and 07 Explorer both have electrical OP gauges.

I use T fittings at OEM sender locations. Make sure you use swivel fittings

For ease of installation.

Still need to do the FSB.

I personally would never run an oil or fuel line into my truck.
I put in the mechanical and it has been a pain in the butt so I am taking it out and putting back in the original sending unit. It constantly finds a way to leak and have to get behind the dash and tighten it or it leaks from the block area. I am sick of it for sure,
