Not much at the moment Ken. Just trying to plan a weekend. How are you doing. Im also looking at a few dry rub recipes for this weekend. I need to find one to try out with a nice beef brisket.

I'm doing OK Shaun...just finishing up the last 4 hours of my sentence at the rockpile. I've got Thursday and Friday off...I'm flying my nephew in from Oklahoma City to visit...he hasn't seen his daughter in over a year!!!

You going to the ATNs???

We should have a good time...he's my oldest nephew.

I never use BBQ sauces etc...I like the flavor of the meat...just a little salt and pepper for me.

A light sauce can go a long way Ken. I use a good dry rub on alot things that I smoke at home.

Smoking stuff is way too much work for me...I like to take it out of the package ad slap it on the heat. If I want good BBQ...there's a joint about 20 minutes from here that I go to. Pulled pork sandwiches to die for!!!

Ken I love to use the smoker we have at home. We used it the other day and had a really good pulled pork bbq. there was nothing left of it.
